Nividita Hegday
Founder & Principal Consultant
Nividita Hegday’s work sits at the intersection of business discipline, organizational change, and emerging technology. Through IdeaAvenue, she partners with leadership teams to bring structure, governance, and momentum to complex change.
She brings more than two decades of experience across pharmaceuticals, healthcare, industrial manufacturing, and fintech. She began in human resources management, moved into ISO quality system implementation, and went on to lead process improvement and digital transformation work. Those experiences shaped a conviction: strategy is a derivative of the strengths that emerge when people, process, products, and governance are aligned. Without that alignment, even strong strategies stall.
She holds an MBA from the University of Pune, a Master’s degree in Economics from Fergusson College, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Cornell University, where she also earned a Master’s Certificate in Human Resource Development. She completed Columbia Business School’s Executive Program in Management, MIT Professional Education’s Chief Digital Officer program, and People Analytics at the Wharton School. Her professional certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile Leader, Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, and AI Management Systems under ISO/IEC 42001.
At MIT, she received the Fire Hydrant Award for an AI-powered oncology navigation platform she built to help patients and caregivers understand their options, prepare for treatment decisions, and find relevant clinical trials.
Today, her focus is helping organizations move from AI experimentation to structured, governed adoption.
